Orange (Kitchen) I offered my peeler from Tupperware and it minimize carrots, potatoes and cucumbers quick and sharply UNTIL the blade dropped out of the plastic slots protecting it in the handle as I peeled a cucumber the opposite day. It has had gentle use simplest as a consequence of I rarely peel greens, I scrub them.
I contacted Tupperware for substitutement - no drawback. They will change it but delivery is almost $6.
This Tupperware peeler is the most effective I have ever used. I won't exchange it because of the shipping value and since I suppose it likely the exchangement peeler will fail as smartly.

Orange (Kitchen) I am positive that this peeler would be implausible (like different peelers produced by way of Tupperware), with the exception of that the blade fell out on mine on first use. Tupperware needs to perfect the design much more as a way to ensure that the blade is wedged in sufficient to the 'holder' so that when you press on a potato or apple the blade would not simply come out. Such a shame, as having to pay for postage to get a free exchangement on this kind of low-cost merchandise hardly makes it worthwhile in the end.
Reviews for Tupperware Twistable Peeler. Orange (Kitchen) I have both the original Tupperware peelers, one vertical and one horizontal, much like this, but with out the option to twist. I went in search of some as gifts as a result of I love them and and noticed this as and possibility and idea I would are trying it. It is now not for me. The mechanism that enables it to curve also permits it to curve too simply making it awkward to use.
Also my authentics have blades with smooth parts on all sides. This version has a serrated aspect on one of the blades and it does not peel a lot as rip no matter it is you are attempting to peel the pores and skin off of.
